红霉素静滴辅助治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱效果评价
[摘要] 目的 探讨采用红霉素静滴辅助治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的临床治疗效果。 方法 纳入研究对象为2014年1月~2016年6月期间于我院治疗的新生儿100例,均表现为胃肠功能紊乱的症状。随机分为两组,各50例。观察组患儿在常规基础治疗基础上予以红霉素静滴辅助治疗,对照组患儿仅接受常规基础治疗,比较两组患儿疗效。 结果 观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿喂养情况总体优于对照组,观察组半量及全量肠内营养(EN)、肠外营养(PN)时间均短于对照组(P0.05),较对照组进奶量多(P0.05);观察组患儿治疗后恢复情况优于对照组,腹胀、呕吐消失时间、胃潴留时间较对照组缩短(P0.05),体重增加量较多,住院时间较短(P0.05)。 结论 红霉素静滴辅助治疗胃肠功能紊乱,能够改善新生儿喂养情况,有助于患儿恢复,提高了临床疗效,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of erythromycin in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction by intravenous drip. Methods Neonatal 100 cases with symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction cured in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study object. They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each. Children in the observation group were treated with intravenous drip of erythromycin on the basis of routine basic treatment. Children in the control group received routine basic treatment only. The curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The feeding condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the half volume and total volume of enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P0.05), and the amount of milk was more than that of the control group (P0.05).
