细节管理在儿科临床护理中应用探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析细节管理在儿科临床护理中的应用情况及效果，以期促进提高今后儿科临床护理质量水平。方法 方便选取2016年8月―2017年7月于该院儿科就诊的200例患儿，将其中未开展细节管理的100例患儿设为参照组，将开展细节管理的100例患儿设为细节组。经可比性护理管理后，对比分析两组各项观察指标的统计结果。 结果 细节组开展细节管理后，统计其护理风险事件发生率为9%（9/100）、护患纠纷发生率为5%（5/100）及各种并发症发生率11%（11/100）均明显低于参照组的24%（24/100）、17%（17/100）、29%（29/100），检验各指标间的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；并且，患儿及其家属对儿科临床护理质量的满意评价94%（94/100）也明显高于参照组65%（65/100），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 细节管理在儿科临床护理中的应用作用尤为突出，不仅能够大幅度提高儿科临床护理质量及专业技术水平，更可显著减少护理风险事件、护患纠纷及各种并发症的发生，对患儿的尽快康复有重大意义。 　　[关键词] 细节管理；儿科临床护理；应用探讨 　　[中图分类号] R248.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（b）-0157-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate and analyze the application and effect of detail management in pediatric clinical nursing， so as to promote the quality of clinical nursing in the future. Methods 200 children in this hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected. The 100 children who did not carry out the details management were selected as the control group， and the 100 children who carried out the detailed management were set up as the detailed group. After comparative nursing management， the statistical results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The detail group after carrying out the details management， the nursing risk event rate was 9% （9/100）， dissension rate was 5% （5/100） and the incidence of complications was 11% （11/100）， significantly lower than the control group of 24%（24/100），17%（17/100）， 29% （29/100）， the differences between the results of inspection among the indexes were obviously statistical significance （P0.05）； and satisfaction of the children and their families to pediatric clinical nursing quality was 94%（94/100）， significantly higher than those in control group of 65%（65/100）， the statistical significance was obvious （P0.05）.
