细菌性阴道病五联检对妇科炎症转归预示意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨细菌性阴道病五联检试验的临床应用及意义，对阴道炎疾病的转归、预后判断的作用。方法：对受检患者样本进行细菌性阴道炎（BV）五联检，应用BV反应板进行细菌性阴道病联合测定并监测女性生殖道生态平衡状态，同时用显微镜镜检法对照，检验结果的可靠性，通过复诊样本分析结果对炎症转归的判断意义。结果：细菌性阴道病五联检对细菌性阴道病（BV）和霉菌的检出率明显高于常规检查，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用细菌性阴道病五联检进行阴道炎的预判断，一方面可提高阳性检出率，另一方面可对预后判断有很好的预示价值。 　　【关键词】 细菌性阴道病五联检； 妇科炎症； 转归预后判断 　　中图分类号 R711.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0063-02 　　The Significance of Prognosis of Gynecological Inflammation in Combining Five Tests to Bacterial Vaginal Disease/LIU Li-e，FENG Cheng-juan. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：63-64 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application and significance of combine five tests of bacterial vaginal disease，the application of prognosis of gynecological inflammation and the prognostic identification.Method：Detecting patient samples with combine five tests of BV，using BV reaction plate to detect BV disease and monitor the ecological balance of female genital duct.While compared with checking by microscope，test the reliability of results.Analyzing the significance of prognosis of gynecological inflammation of results by reexamining patient samples.Result：The positive rate of combine five tests in BV was obviously higher than that of routine examination，there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using combine five tests of bacterial vaginal disease to detect gynecological inflammation，on the one hand it can prove the positive rate，on the other hand it has a value to the prognosis. 　　【Key words】 Combine five tests of bacterial vaginal disease； Gynecological inflammation； Prognosis 　　First-author’s address：Maoming City Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine，Maoming 525000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.6.034 　　女性阴道炎是成年女性的常见病、多发病，其共同特点是阴道分泌物增多及外阴瘙痒。细菌性阴道病又被称为“非特异性阴道炎”，是寄生在阴道内的细菌微生态平衡失调，乳酸杆菌减少或消失，以革兰阴性菌和厌氧菌增多为主要特点的临床症候群，是育龄妇女最常见的阴道感染性疾病之一。在治疗过程中，对于转归情况的判断缺少有效数据的支持，往往会有治疗过度的现象发生，导致患者可能出现严重的菌群失调而需反反复复用药的结局。因此本文重点分析五联检试剂法的临床应用
