米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于人工流产有效性及安全性评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于人工流产的有效性及安全性。 方法 选取2014年2月～2015年2月我院行人工流产术的患者115例，随机分为观察组58例及对照组57例。观察两组的流产成功率及两组患者用药后临床经过，宫缩时间，出血时间，胚胎排出时间，阴道出血量及术中、术后并发症。 结果 观察组患者的流产成功率（94.83%）明显高于对照组的79.85%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=7.209，P0.05）。观察组的宫缩时间，流产等待时间，阴道出血量及胚胎排出时间皆明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者术中、术后并发症的发生率为6.89% ，明显低于对照组的21.05%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于人工流产成功率高，可有效缩短流产的时间及流血量，减少发症发生率低。 　　[关键词] 米非司酮；米索前列醇；人工流产；有效性；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R169.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-60-03 　　Efficacy and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced abortion 　　JIA Wenli 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Linkou People’s Hospital of Heilongjiang Province， Linkou 157600， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced abortion. Methods 115 patients with artificial abortion from February 2014 to February， were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in 58 cases. It was observed in the two groups of abortion success rate and the patients in treatment group after clinical course， contraction time， bleeding time， discharge time of embryo， vaginal bleeding. Two groups of patients in the two groups of pregnant women， postoperative complications were observed. Results Observation of abortion group， the success rate （94.83%） was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.85%， two groups， significant difference （x2=7.209， P0.05）. The contraction time of observation group， the abortion waiting time， vaginal bleeding volume and embryo discharge time was significantly lower than that of the control group， two groups， significant difference（P0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.89%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group， the difference was significant（P0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced abortion， high succe
