米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙吖啶在中期引产中临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙吖啶在中期引产中的应用效果。 方法 选取2013年6月～2015年5月在本院就诊的120例妊娠15～25周自愿要求引产的患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。观察组在羊膜腔内注射乳酸依沙吖啶，同时口服米非司酮；对照组单纯在羊膜腔内注射乳酸依沙吖啶。比较两组的引产时间、产后2 h出血量、住院时间、引产效果、不良反应发生率。 结果 观察组的引产时间显著短于对照组，产后2 h出血量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙吖啶用于中期引产能够缩短引产时间，减少产后2 h出血量，引产效果明显，不良反应少。 　　[关键词] 米非司酮；乳酸依沙吖啶；中期引产 　　[中图分类号] R719.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0107-03 　　Clinical study of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate in metaphase induced labour 　　XIE Ying-hong 　　Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Pingyuan County of Meizhou City in Guangdong Province，Pingyuan 514600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate in metaphase induced labour. Methods 120 cases of 14-27 gestational week，voluntary induction of labor from Julne 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group，60 cases in each group.The study group was given amniotic cavity injection ethacridine lactate and oral administration mifepristone，the control group was given amniotic cavity injection ethacridine lactate.The induced labour time，postpartum 2 h bleeding，duration of hospitalization，effect of induced labor，incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The induced labour time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group，the postpartum 2 h bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Using of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate in metaphase induced labour can shorten induced labour time，decrease postpartum 2 h bleeding，get obvious induced labour effect and less adverse effect. 　　[Key words] Mifepristone；Ethacridine lactate；Metaphase induced labour 　　目前，在羊膜腔内注射乳酸依沙吖啶是我国常用的中期妊娠引产方法，主要操作为在羊水中注入乳酸依沙吖啶，使雌孕激素平衡发生改变，产生内源性前列腺素，形成更多子宫肌细胞，进而诱发子宫收缩，形成流产，该方法存在时间长、宫缩力度强、不协调、宫颈裂伤、胎盘残留等不足之处[1-3]。
