舒适护理在宫颈癌后装放射治疗中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨舒适护理对宫颈癌后装腔内放疗患者的作用和效果。方法 选取2012年1月～2016年12月在我院放疗科实行宫腔后装腔内宫颈癌同期放化疗的84例患者作为研究对象，按入院时间将其分为对照组和研究组，每组各42例。对照组为2012年1月～2014年6月住院患者，给予常规护理，研究组为2014年7月～2016年12月住院患者，实行舒适护理。比较两组患者的满意度、阴道冲洗依从性及各项并发症情况。结果 研究组患者满意度（97.62%）高于对照组（71.43%），阴道冲洗依从性高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者发生2例直肠炎，1例膀胱炎，对照组发生7例阴道黏连、狭窄，10例直肠炎，7例膀胱炎，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 舒适护理可以提高宫颈癌后装腔内放疗患者的治疗积极性，减少并发症的发生率，从而提高其生活质量，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]舒适护理；宫颈癌；后装；放射治疗 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0195-03 　　Application effect of comfortable nursing in afterloading intracavity radiotherapy for cervical cancer 　　HUANG Chun-lan DING Jin-quan▲ LI Li-hua WANG Li-ping LI Jin-xiu 　　Department of Radiology，Ganzhou Cancer Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the function and effect of comfortable nursing in afterloading intracavity radiotherapy in the patients with cervical cancer.Methods 84 patients with cervical cancer who were given afterloading intracavity radiotherapy at the same time of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the Department of Radiology in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as subjects.According to the admission time，the patients were divided into the control group and the study group，with 42 cases in each group.The control group was hospitalized patients from January 2012 to June 2014 who were given routine care，while the study group was hospitalized patients from July 2014 to December 2016 who were given comfortable care.The satisfaction，vaginal flushing compliance and complications were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The patients′ satisfaction of the study group （97.62%） was higher than the control group （71.43%），the vaginal flushing compliance was higher than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The patients in the study group had 2 cases of proctitis，1 case of cystitis，while the patients in the control group had 7 cases of vagi
