肾安合剂配合穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾炎临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肾安合剂配合穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床结果，为慢性肾炎的临床中西医治疗提供理论依据。方法 选择2015年6月―2016年9月期间于该院治疗的90例慢性肾小球肾炎患者并予分组研究，治疗组、对照组1、对照组2各30例；治疗组予肾安合剂配合穴位敷贴治疗，对照组1氯沙坦钾片组、对照?M2肾炎康复片组。治疗6个月后，比较分析3组治疗效果，包括尿微量白蛋白（UmAlb）、肌酐、尿素氮及尿潜血。 结果 治疗组治疗有效率为90.0%，对照组1治疗有效率为70.0%，对照组3治疗有效率为63.3%，治疗组与对照组1、对照组2相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；肌酐、尿素氮、UmAlb及潜血均得到了明显改善，且治疗组比对照组1、对照组2改善更明显，UmAlb下降到（18.43±9.65）mg/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 肾安合剂配合穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果显著，药物安全性高，所用药材常见，且价格便宜，患者易接受，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 慢性肾小球肾炎；肾安合剂；穴位贴敷 　　[中图分类号] R322.1+6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（c）-0004-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenan Mixture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 90 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2016were randomly divided into treatment group， control group 1 and control group 2. The treatment group was treated with Shenan Mixture Acupoint application therapy， the control group 1 losartan potassium tablets group， the control group 2 nephritis rehabilitation group. After 6 months of treatment， the therapeutic effects of three groups were analyzed， Including the urine trace albumin （UmAlb）， creatinine and urea nitrogen and occult blood. Results The treatment group effective rate was 90.0%， control group 1 treatment effective rate of 70.0%， control group 3 treatment effective rate of 63.3%， the treatment group compared with control group 1， group 2， statistically significant difference（P0.05）； Creatinine， urea nitrogen， UmAlb and occult blood were significantly improved， and the treatment group than the control group 1， group 2 more obvious improvement， UmAlb down to（18.43 ±9.65）mg/L and the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.
