胰岛素泵双波疗法在妊娠糖尿病中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胰岛素泵双波疗法在妊娠糖尿病中的应用效果。方法 选取该院妇产科2014年3月―2017年3月期间收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象，两组患者均给予妊娠期糖尿病的一般治疗方法，对照组患者给予胰岛素泵常规波治疗，观察组患者给予的是胰岛素泵的双波治疗，观察血糖波动情况和妊娠结局。结果 观察组患者的平均血糖漂移幅度（2.85±1.02）mmol/L，显著低于对照组患者（4.72±1.18）mmol/L；观察组患者日内血糖波动最大幅度（4.89±1.47）mmol/L，显著低于对照组患者（7.58±2.01）mmol/L，以上均差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组剖宫产几率14%，显著低于对照组38%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 胰岛素泵双波疗法在妊娠糖尿病中的应用效果满意，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 胰岛素泵；双波疗法；妊娠糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（b）-0034-03 　　Application of Insulin Pump Double-wave Therapy in Gestational Dibetes 　　YANG Hai-yun 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics， Guanxian People’s Hospital， Guanxian， Shandong Province， 252500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of insulin pump double-wave therapy in gestational dibetes. Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups， both groups adopted the general treatment method of gestational diabetes， on this basis， the control group adopted the routine wave therapy of insulin， while the observation group adopted the double wave therapy of insulin， and the blood glucose fluctuation and gestational outcome were observed. Results The average blood glucose drift range was obviously lower than that in the control group[（2.85±1.02）mmol/L vs （4.72±1.18）mmol/L]， and the maximum range of daily blood glucose fluctuation in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group，[（4.89±1.47）mmol/L vs （7.58±2.01）mmol/L]， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）， and the probability of cesarean section in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group， （14% vs 38%）， and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of insulin pump double wave therapy in the gestational diabetes is satisfactory， which is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Insulin pump
