胰岛素泵治疗和动态血糖监测临床疗效研究 　　摘要：目的 对采用动态血糖监测结合胰岛素泵调控重症急性胰腺炎患者血糖的临床疗效进行分析。方法 选择我院进行治疗的80例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，把所有患者分为随机分为研究组和对比组，研究组患者在给予静脉胰岛素泵入的基础上，采用动态血糖监测仪进行指导调整胰岛素用量治疗；对比组患者给予静脉胰岛素泵入的同时，给予7次/d的指末梢血糖监测进行指导调整胰岛素用量治疗；治疗后对两组患者临床疗效进行记录并对比分析。结果 研究组各项指标均优于对照组，P0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 动态血糖监测结合静脉胰岛素泵入调控重症急性胰腺炎患者血糖取得良好的临床疗效，应对之进行推广应用。 　　关键词：胰岛素泵；动态血糖监测；重症急性胰腺炎；治疗效果 　　Clinical Analysis of Insulin Pump Therapy and Dynamic Glucose Monitoring 　　WU Song-lin1，TIAN Xiao-li2，LI Yuan1，GAN Ci-hai1 　　（1.Department of Severe Medicine，The First Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Medical University，Luzhou 646000，Sichuan，China；2.Department of Infectious Disease，The First Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Medical University，Luzhou 646000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of the dynamic glucose monitoring and insulin pump in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients with hyperglycemia.Methods Choose December 2012 to December 2014 came to our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients as the research object，the patients were divided into two groups： study group and contrast group and the comparison group of patients given insulin pump at the same time，also gives the daily 7 times refers to finger-tip blood glucose monitoring for treatment，patients in the study group on the dynamic glucose monitoring based on the insulin pump treatment and after treatment of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect were recorded and compared. Results Patients in the study group daily average insulin dosage is （20±5.6）U，contrast group patients daily average insulin dosage is （32±8.2）U，at the same time，the study group patients average days in ICU is shorter than that of the contrast group and hypoglycemia incidence less than the contrast group （P0.05）.Conclusion The dynamic glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients with hyperglycemia achieved good clinical effect，and the
