腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中国产善愈补片应用 　　【摘 要】目的：对比中国产善愈补片、伞型加平片修补用于腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术的临床有效性。方法：随机选择2009年10月～2017年10月到我院接受腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗的患者300例作为研究对象，分成观察组与对照组，观察组采用中国产善愈补片，对照组通过伞型加平片修补，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：数据显示，观察组手术时间、住院时间、术后恢复时间分别为（68.23±8.22）min、（6.98±0.23）d、（1.11±0.08）d、（10.25±1.99）d，与对照组相比有明显差别（P0.05）；观察组、对照组并发症发生率为15.33%、8.00%，相对于对照组来说，观察组并发症发生率明显较低（P0.05）；观察组、对照组疾病复发率分别为0、40.66%，观察组疾病复发率明显较低（P0.05）。结论：腹股沟疝无张力修补术临床应用中国产善愈补片进行治疗，可获得较为理想的临床治疗效果，可使不良反应概率明显减少，具有极大的推广价值。 　　【关键词】中国产愈补片；腹股沟疝；无张力疝修补术；治疗效果 　　Abstract Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of the patching and patching of Chinese paratropine in the treatment of tension-free hernias. Methods： randomly selected 2009 ～ October 2017 to October inguinal hernia repair without tension in our treatment of 300 cases of patients as the research object， is divided into observation group and control group and observation group with chinese-made good patch， the control group by umbrella with plain film repair， compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. ， according to data from the Results： observation group operation time， hospital stay， postoperative recovery time （68.23 + 8.22） min， respectively （6.98 + 0.23）， （1.11-0.08） d， d （10.25 + 1.99） d， compared with the control group had obvious difference （P 0.05）； The complication rate of observation group and control group was 15.33% and 8.00%， compared with the control group， the incidence of complications was significantly lower （P 0.05）. The relapse rate of the observation group and the control group was 0 and 40.66% respectively， and the relapse rate of the observation group was significantly lower （P 0.05）.
