腹腔镜下全子宫切除术对患者治疗效果及胃肠道功能恢复影响 　　[摘要]目的 研究腹腔镜下全子宫切除术对患者的治疗效果及胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法 选择2015年1月～2017年7月在我院进行全子宫切除术的260例患者作为研究对象，并对相关数据进行回顾性分析，根据患者手术方式将患者分为两组，其中，观察组患者应用腹腔镜下全子宫切除术进行治疗，共160例，对照组患者应用开腹手术进行治疗，共100例，观察两组患者的治疗效果，并对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复等情况。结果 观察组手术操作时间与对照组相近，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术中总出血量少于对照组、首次下床活动时间、住院时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、术后首次进食时间评分均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下全子宫切除术临床应用效果较好，患者术后胃肠功能恢复快，痛苦小，???床活动早，并发症少，住院时间短，值得推广采纳。 　　[关键词]腹腔镜；全子宫切除术；胃肠道功能 　　[中图分类号] R713 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（b）-0071-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of total hysterectomy on patients and the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Methods From January 2015 to July 2017，260 cases of hysterectomy patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects，and the related datas were retrospectively analyzed，according to the operation method，patients were divided into two groups，the observation group were treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment，a total of 160 cases. Ccontrol group patients adopted open surgery for treatment，a total of 100 cases，the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed，and compared two groups of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery and so on.Results The operation time of the observation group was similar to the control group， and the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. Observation group total blood loss less than control group in the operation， for the first time of bed activity time， length of hospital stay， anal exhaust time， defecation time， for the first time after eating time score are shorter than the control group， the complication rate is lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）..Conclusion The clinical application effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy is good，and the postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients was quick and it used to be worth spreading. 　　[Key words]Laparoscopic；Total hysterectomy；Gastrointestinal function 　　子?m肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、宫颈癌前病变，子宫内膜病变
