Inventory is an important flow assets of enterprise, which occupies much cash flow. The scientific inventory management can conduce a high velocity of inventory and assets, which can improve the benefit of the enterprise dramatically. In reality, because of the many kind and huge amount of the inventory, the efficiency and effect of the inventory management and decision is no so well. With the management information system using in the inventory management, it improves the inventory efficiency. But the effect does not be improved. And the inventory decision still remains lag and inaccurate. Decision support system use the theory and model in system science, operation research, logistics management, behavior science and so on to help the management to resolve the half-structural and un-structural problem. Being used in the inventory management, the decision support system can help the management to gain the strong ability to deal with the information, knowledge and complex problem, improve the effect of inventory decision. Inventory decision model is an important theory basic of inventory decision support system. The inventory decision has been affected by many factors, which include price factor, cost factor, demand factor, and the relation between the products. The paper abstract from the real inventory decision, and consider the related factors, research the single product inventory decision model and the multi-product inventory decision. In addition, the inventory decision model use the forecast model to help the decision model to adapt the real inventory decision.
