股骨近端抗旋髓内钉不扩髓治疗高龄骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉不扩髓治疗高龄骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2006年1月～2013年6月在本院治疗的110例高龄骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组给予动力髋螺钉治疗，观察组给予股骨近端抗旋髓内钉不扩髓方法治疗，比较两组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、切口长度、出血量、卧床时间、Barthel生活指数、治疗有效率。 结果 观察组的手术时间60min者、骨折愈合时间8周者显著多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的切口长度、卧床时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的出血量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的Barthel生活指数、治疗有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 股骨近端抗旋髓内钉不扩髓治疗高龄骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 股骨近端抗旋髓内钉；高龄骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0053-03 　　Effect analysis of unreamed intramedullary proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures 　　ZHAO Xue-hui ZHANG Wei RUAN La-lin JIANG Gang XU Biao 　　Department of the First Rrthopaedics，XinGang Center Hospital of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of unreamed intramedullary proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 110 cases with senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture from January 2006 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw，the observation group was treated with unreamed intramedullary proximal femoral nail anti-rotation.Operation time，fracture healing time，length of incision，amount of bleeding，the time in bed，Barthel index，the treatment efficiency was compared respectively. Results The patients of operation time less than 60min，fracture healing time less than 8 week in the observation group was more than that in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）.Length of incision，the time in bed of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）.Amount of bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the
