美学法与传统法对全口义齿主观及客观满意度临床评价 　　[摘要] 目的 对比分析传统法与美学法所制作的全口义齿，患者及患者家属在美观、发音、咀嚼、舒适及社交方面的满意度差别。 方法 60例无牙颌患者，随机分为两组，分别采用传统法（传统组）和美学法（美学组）制作义齿，3个月后回访，测试患者及患者家属的满意度。对携带旧义齿就诊的患者测试患者对新旧义齿外观及咀嚼功能的满意度。 结果 美学组在外观、发音清晰度、舒适度、社交满意度、客观外观及发音的评分均较传统组高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组咀嚼功能评分比较差异无统计学意义（Z=-0.632，P=0.527）。使用美学法制作的新义齿外观满意度明显高于旧义齿（P=0.004），而传统组新旧义齿外观满意度比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.052）。 结论 通过美学法制作的义齿更能获得患者及患者家属的满意，医生在临床工作中应更多的针对患者制作个性化义齿，提高修复质量。 　　[关键词] 全口义齿；传统法；美学法；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R783.6 [文?I标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）07-0064-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the difference of satisfaction rates on aesthetics， pronunciation， chewing， comfort and socializing of patients with complete dentures made through conventional and aesthetic method and their family members. Methods 60 edentulous patients were divided into two groups randomly. The complete dentures were made through conventional（comentional group） and aesthetic（aesthetic group） method respectively. A return visit after 3 months was paid to assess the satisfaction rates of patients and their family members. The satisfaction rates of appearance and chewing function of the new and old dentures were assessed in patients who visited with old dentures. Results The satisfaction rates on appearance， pronunciation， comfort and socializing and the scores of objective appearance and pronunciation of patients in aesthetic group were higher than those in conventional group（P0.05）. There was no significant difference of scores on chewing function between two groups（Z=-0.632， P=0.527）. The satisfaction rate of new dentures’ appearance made through aesthetic method was higher than old ones（P=0.004）. There was no statistical difference between the new and old dentures made through conventional method（P=0.052）. Conclusion The dentures made through aesthetic method were more satisfactory in patients and their family members. It is necessary to make personalized dentures according to the condition of patients in clinic so as to improve the quality of repair.
