脑电图在病毒性脑炎诊断中应用价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脑电图在病毒性脑炎诊断中的应用价值。 方法 2012年l月～2014年7月选择病毒性脑炎患者80例，分别进行CT、脑脊液检查和脑电图检查。脑电图的评定分正常、轻度异常、中度异常和重度异常脑电图。 结果 脑电图检?说囊斐Ｂ饰?80.0%，脑脊液检查的异常率为65.0% ，CT检?说囊斐Ｂ饰?60.0%。病毒性脑炎脑电图检查的异常率显箸高于脑脊液检查和CT（P0.05）。脑电图与脑脊液的阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.18，P0.05）；脑电图与CT的阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.06，P0.05）。轻型病毒性脑炎组脑电图的异常率是75.4%，重型病毒性脑炎组异常率是91.3%，轻型与重型病毒性脑炎的脑电图异常率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 脑电图检查有利于病毒性脑炎的早期诊断和严重程度的评定，具有重要的临床意义。 　　[关键词] 病毒性脑炎；脑电图；临床意义 　　[中图分类号] R373.3+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）02（b）-0096-03 　　Application value analysis of EEG in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis 　　SHENG Yan-qin 　　Electroencephalogram Room，Zhumadian Central Hospital of Henan Province，Zhumadian 463000，China 　　[Abstract] Objctive To explore the application value analysis of EEG in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis. Methods 80 patients with viral encephalitis were selected from 2012 January to 2014 July.CT，cerebrospinal fluid examination and EEG were conducted in all patients.Evaluation of EEG was divided into normal，slight abnormal，moderate and severe abnormal EEG. Results The abnormal rate of EEG examination was 80.0%，the abnormal rate of cerebrospinal fluid examination rate was 65.0%，the abnormal rate was 60.0% for the CT inspection.Abnormal rate of EEG was higher than cerebrospinal fluid examination and CT for viral encephalitis （P0.05）.There was a statistical difference of positive rate of EEG and the cerebrospinal fluid（χ2=4.18， P0.05）；there was a statistical difference of positive rate of EEG and CT（χ2=12.06， P0.05）.Abnormal rate of EEG of light viral encephalitis group was 75.4%， Abnormal rate of severe viral encephalitis group was 91.3%，and there was a statistical difference of abnormal rate for EEG between light and severe viral encephalitis （P0.05）.
