脾多肽注射液联合化疗对中晚期宫颈癌细胞免疫功能影响及临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脾多肽注射液联合化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者的细胞免疫功能影响及临床疗效。 方法 方便选取并回顾性该院2014年4月―2016年4月收治的62例宫颈癌患者，将其中行脾多肽注射液联合化疗31例患者设为联合用药组，其余行静脉化疗31例患者设为单纯化疗组。两组患者均接受相同TP方案化疗，观察组在此基础上加用脾多肽注射液治疗，比较两组患者治疗后疗效及不良反应情况，对患者免疫功能指标进行检测。结果 联合用药组总有效率为83.87%，高于单纯化疗组总有效率58.06%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合用药组不良反应发生率为29.03%，低于单纯化疗组不良反应发生率48.39%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合用药组CD45+CD3+、CD3+CD8+、CD3+CD4+、CD3-CD16+CD56+、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8水平与单纯化疗组相比差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 脾多肽注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者可有效维持机体的免疫机能，减少不良反应，提高患者生活质量，值得进一步推广。 　　[关键词] 脾多肽注射液化疗；宫颈癌；细胞免疫功能；影响 　　[中图分类号] R737 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（b）-0019-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the spleen polypeptide injection chemotherapy on cellular immune function of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer and its clinical curative effect. Methods Convenient selection a retrospective in April 2014 to April 2016， 62 cases of patients with cervical cancer， which line the spleen polypeptide injection combined 31 patients were set to combination chemotherapy group， the rest of the line of intravenous chemotherapy 31 patients were set as pure chemotherapy group. Two groups of patients to accept the same TP chemotherapy， observed group on the basis of treatment with spleen polypeptide injection， compared two groups of patients after treatment the curative effect and adverse reaction， to test the immune function in patients with index.
