腹膜前间隙疝修补术和疝环填充式修补术对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较疝环填充式修补术和腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果，为临床治疗实践提供借鉴。 方法 选取本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者96例为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为两组，实验组48例采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗，对照组48例采用疝环填充式修补术治疗，比较两组疗效。 结果 对照组手术时间明显长于实验组（P0.05）；对照组患者疼痛持续时间长于实验组（P0.05）；对照组患者局部异物感发生率和伤口麻木感发生率均显著高于实验组（P0.05）。 结论 采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果显著，是临床治疗腹股沟疝的可靠选择。 　　[关键词] 腹膜前间隙疝修补术；疝环填充式修补术；腹股沟疝 　　[中图分类号] R656.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0038-02 　　The comparative study of peritoneal clearance hernia repair and mesh-plug hernioplasty 　　SI Yu-guang 　　Department of Surgery， Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Huairou District， Beijing 101400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical treatment effect of peritoneal clearance hernia repair and mesh-plug hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia， so as to provide reference for the clinical practice.Methods 96 patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects and all patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment method， 48 cases of experimental group were given peritoneal clearance hernia repair， 48 cases of control group were treated by mesh-plug hernioplasty， clinical treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the control group was significantly longer than experimental group（P0.05），the pain duration in the control group was longer than experimental group（P0.05），the local foreign body feeling incidence and wound numbness incidence in the control group were significantly higher than experimental group（P0.05）.
