腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对急性阑尾炎患者诊断中实施腹部B超方案的临床价值进行评定。 方法 从2012年3月―2016年1月该院确诊的急性阑尾炎患者中随机择取100例为研究对象，全部患者入院后均行腹部B超诊断并以手术进行治疗。以术后病理诊断结果为金标准，评估腹部B超报告提示急性阑尾炎的准确率。 结果 100例腹部B超报告提示急性阑尾炎可能87例，提示准确率为87.0%。提示准确患者病理分布：急性单纯性阑尾炎43例（95.6%），急性化脓性阑尾炎43例（95.6%），急性坏疽性阑尾炎1例（10.0%）。未提示的急性阑尾炎中，急性坏疽性阑尾炎9例，构成比69.23%。结论 腹部B超可较好的提示急性单纯性阑尾炎和急性化脓性阑尾炎，但不提示阑尾炎病理类型，能够为术前明确急性阑尾炎诊断提供较为可靠的影像学依据，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 急性阑尾炎；腹部B超；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（c）-0186-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Abdominal B-mode Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis 　　ZHOU Zhen-ping 　　Department of Ultrasonography， Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Yixing， Jiangsu Province， 214200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore and assess the clinical value of the implementation of abdominal B mode ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods 100 patients diagnosed with acute appendicitis from March 2012 to January 2016 in this hospital were randomly selected； all patients were admitted to hospital after abdominal B ultrasound diagnosis and surgical treatment， taking the accuracy of the appendage B-ultrasonography in acute appendicitis with postoperative pathological diagnosis as gold standard. Results Among the 100 cases of abdominal B-ultrasound， 87 cases may have acute appendicitis， and the accuracy rate was 87.0%. The distribution of the pathology of the patients： acute pure appendicitis of 43 cases（95.6%）， acute purulent appendicitis of 43 cases（95.6%）， acute gangrenous appendicitis of 1 case （10.0%）. As for those non-suggestive acute appendicitis， acute gangrenous appendicitis of 9 cases， accounting for 69.23%. Conclusion Abdominal B ultrasound can be a good indication of acute pure appendicitis and acute purulent appendicitis， but the non-suggestive pathological type of appendicitis can ensure the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and provide a more reliable imaging basis， therefore it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Acu
