联合血清糖化白蛋白糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖在2型糖尿病诊治价值 　　[摘要] 探讨糖化白蛋白（GA）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、空腹血糖（FPG）在2型糖尿病诊治中的价值。 方法 选取2016年4月―2017年3月在该院糖尿病科收治200例临床诊断为2型糖尿病住院患者及200名健康体检者进行GA、HbA1c、FPG的检测，并进行比较分析。 结果 2 型糖尿病组GA、HbA1c、FPG指标明显高于健康对照组（P0.05）。GA治疗1周、2周变化率与HbA1c变化率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 GA与HbA1c一样，是糖尿病筛查、诊断及治疗监测的可靠指标， HbA1c、GA 、 FPG 三者联合检测可起到互补作用，提高早期糖尿病的诊断率。但在治疗及疗效观察时，GA 变化更为敏感，更能反映DM 的诊治效果，指导临床用药。 　　[关键词] 糖化白蛋白；糖化血红蛋白；血糖； 临床诊治；价值 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）07（b）-0021-03 　　Value of Serum Glycated Albumin， Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Fasting Blood Glucose in Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes 　　ZENG Xiu-ya， REN Xiao-ying， ZHAO Yuan-xun 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University， Xiamen， Fujian Province， 361000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the value of serum glycated albumin， glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 200 cases of type 2 diabetes in patients and 200 cases of healthy physical examination people admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected for GA， HbA1c， FPG test， and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The GA， HbA1c， FPG in the type 2 diabetes group were obviously higher than those in the healthy control group（P0.05）， and the difference in the GA value before and after hypoglycemic treatment of 1 week and 2 weeks was obvious（P0.05）， and there was no obvious difference in the HbA1c value before and after treatment Thecchange rate of the treatment of I week and 2 weeks in CA was signficontly diffrent from that of HbA1c（P0.05）. Conclusion GA， the same as HbA1c， is a reliable index of screening， diagnosis and treatment monitoring of diabetes， and the combination of the three can complement each other and improve the diagnosis rate of early diabetes， but in the treatment and observation on curative effect， the change of GA is more sensitive， which can better reflect the diagnosis and treatment
