舌下络脉诊法与血瘀证相关疾病诊断研究概况 　　[摘要] 舌下络脉诊法是中医通过观察舌下纵行的两根主静脉及其分支和周围毛细血管的形态，了解人体生理功能和病理变化的诊察方法，是祖国医学常用的特色诊疗方法之一，通常把舌下系带两侧两条青紫色的静脉称为络脉，微细的小血管称为细络，是中医临床辨证中望舌的主要组成部分，为人体脏腑的虚实，气血的盛衰，疾病的诊断、预测、转归提供重要依据。现将近20年来有关舌下络脉诊法与血瘀证的相关文献、临床研究进展作一综述，探讨舌下络脉诊法与血瘀证相关疾病（心血管系统、消化系统疾病，糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、妇科疾病等）的相互关系。 　　[关键词] 舌下络脉；血瘀证；相关疾病诊断；综述 　　[中图分类号] R241.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0194-03 　　Research situation of diagnostic method of sublingual vessels and disease related with blood stasis syndrome 　　PAN Ying 　　Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College，Guangzhou 510150，China 　　[Abstract] Diagnostic method of sublingual vessels is a diagnostic method of understanding physiological function and pathological changes of human body observing sublingual longitudinal two main vein and its branches and peripheral vascular morphology in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and diagnostic method of sublingual vessels is one of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of the motherland medicine and is chief component of tongue inspection in syndrome differentiation of TCM to provide the important basis for deficiency and excess of zang-fu，prosperity and decline of qi and blood of human body，diagnosis，prediction，prognosis of disease，usually，two purple veins of both sides sublingual lacing is called collaterals and fine vessel is called winding.The related literatures and clinical research progression of diagnostic method of sublingual vessels and blood stasis syndrome for nearly 20 years is reviewed now to discuss the relationship between the diagnostic method of sublingual vessels and disease related blood stasis syndrome（the cardiovascular system，digestive system diseases，diabetes，cancer，gynecological diseases and so on）. 　　[Key words] Sublingual vessels；Blood stasis syndrome；Diagnosis of related disease；Review 　　舌下络脉诊法历史悠久，是通过观察舌下络脉的形态，判断人体血气运行是否通畅以及瘀阻程度的一种古老诊断方法。舌下络脉即舌下淤筋、舌下脉、舌脉等。现代医学称之为舌腹面静脉、舌下小血管，是舌下静脉的分支。 　　现在舌下络脉已作为新指标应用于临床中血瘀证的相关诊断。现就舌下络
