变风量空调系统的预测控制研究 RESEARCH ON PREDICTIVE CONTROL FOR VARIABLE AIR VOLUME SYSTEM ABSTRACT The variable air volume(VAV)system is a complex multivariable system with characteristics such as uncertainty and strong coupling dynamics. For the control of VAV systems, there are already many research results. However, the traditional control methods cannot achieve satisfactory results. Predictive control has been developed in the industrial practices, with advantages such as low requirement on the model, receding-horizon optimization, real-time optimization and adjustment, as compared with the traditional control strategies. Predictive control is especially suitable for constrained multivariable systems, with a strong ability to handle coupling dynamics and fair property of robustness. This paper gives a detailed analysis for the operation principle of VAV system. The model of VAV system is established and a brief analysis is given. The history of predictive control is told and the research trend is analyzed. By taking VAV system as the object, this paper analyzes a typical predictive control algorithm, i.e., the algorithm based on the impulse response model. Based on the single variable dynamic matrix control, the method for the multivariable case is deduced. The application of the proposed algorithm is pointed out. This paper emphasizes the applications of predictive control. By taking VAV system as the object, two types of typical predictive control methods are studied. For air handle unit, the model algorithmic control method is utilized. For the whole three input three output VAV system, the dynamic matrix control method is utilized. We use MATLAB to do the simulations, with satisfactory results obtained.
