比塞洛斯（淮南）机械有限公司内部创业模式研究 ABSTRACT RESEARCH ON BUCYRUS（HUAINAN）MACHINERY INTRAPRENEURIAL BUSINESS MODE ABSTRACT With the development of economy, entrepreneurial management, as a new cross-subject, has attacted wide concern from industries and academia. How to establish and operate a successful enterprise has become the focus of public, especially of entrepreneurs. Recently, entrepreneurial management, as a sort of strategy, has been a hot area of research of business administration. Scholars had conducted many researches on entrepreneurial management and had reached great achievement. However, researches on entrepreneurial model of intrapreneurship are relatively less. This paper studies the intrapreneurial business mode in Bucyrus (Huainan) Machinery Company on the basis of reviewing literature and surveying the Bucyrus (Huainan) Machinery Company’s current status. Theories and tools of project management, entrepreneurial management, and entrepreneurial mode had been applied in analyzing key issues and points. This paper plans to approach to the detailed problems in the intrapreneurial process in Bucyrus (Huainan) Machinery Company from the viewpoint of project management and uses project management tools. The paper also will provide detailed reference data and information for Bucyrus (Huainan) Machinery Company to choose the right intrapreneurial business mode and to have a clear understanding about the latent problems in the intrapreneurial project and find out corresponding resources, meanwhile, targets at preventing and correcting the latent problems. The author wishes to reach a effectively combination of entrepreneurial theory and business practice through this research; and push the deployment of the intrapreneurial project by providing theretical and method guidance to Bucyrus (Huainan) Machinery Company’s intrapreneurial practice.
