解剖型钢板和锁定钢板在胫骨远端Pilon骨折关节面解剖复位中临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨解剖型钢板和锁定钢板对于胫骨远端Pilon骨折关节面解剖复位的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院骨科2010年6月-2015年12月收治的胫骨远端Pilon骨折患者81例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予解剖型钢板治疗，观察组患者给予锁定钢板治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重下地时间以及治疗效果、延迟愈合率，并对其术后并发症的发生情况进行观察比较。结果：观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重下地时间均明显优于对照组，观察组患者治疗优良率明显高于对照组、延迟愈合率明显低于对照组，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：锁定型钢板相较于解剖型钢板更有利于胫骨远端Pilon骨折患者的关节面的解剖复位和骨折愈合修复，对患者的预后具有重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 解剖型钢板； 锁定钢板； Pilon骨折； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.36.001 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）36-0001-02 　　Clinical Effect Analysis of Anatomical Plate and Locking Plate in the Treatment of Pilon Fracture of the Distal Tibia/WANG Dong，HUANG Huan-yu，JU Jun-hai，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（36）：1-2 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of anatomical plate and locking plate in the treatment of anatomical reduction of articular surface of distal tibial Pilon fracture.Method：81 cases of Pilon fracture patients in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed，they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with anatomical type plate，the observation group was treated with locking plate.The operative time，blood loss，hospitalization time，fracture healing time，full weight bearing time，treatment effect，delay healing rate，and the incidence of postoperative complication were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospitalization time，fracture healing time，full weight bearing time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the delayed healing rate was significantly lower than that of the control group，the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences above were all statistically
