认知行为护理对青光眼患者术后自护能力影响及临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 分析对青光眼术后患者采用认知行为护理对其自护能力的影响。方法 方便选取该院眼科2016年1―12月收治的青光眼患者120例，随机分成两组，对照组（n=60）术后行常规护理，观察组（n=60）加用认知行为护理，比较两组患者自护能力。结果 两组干预前自护能力比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），干预后观察组自护责任感、健康知识水平、自护技能及综合得分显高于对照组与该组干预前，其中综合得分为（115.0±12.4）分，明显高于对照组（97.2±9.6）分与该组干预前（86.7±8.1）分，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对青光眼患者术后采用认知行为护理可明显提升其自护能力，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 认知行为护理；青光眼；自护能力 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavior nursing on the postoperative self-nursing capabilities of glaucoma patients and clinical effect. Methods 120 cases of glaucoma patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing after surgery， while the observation group applied the cognitive behavior nursing on the basis of the control group， and the self-nursing capabilities of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention， the differences in the self-nursing capabilities between the two groups（P0.05）， after intervention， the self-nursing responsibility sense， health knowledge level， self-nursing skill and overall score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the observation group and those before intervention， and the overall score was obviously higher than that in the control group and that before intervention， [（115.0±12.4）poits vs （97.2±9.6）poits， （86.7±8.1）poits]， and the difference was obvious（P0.05）.
