规范化人工流产后计划生育服务对女性避孕行为影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨规范化人工流产后计划生育服务对女性避孕行为的影响。方法：选取2012年10月-2014年8月期间在本中心进行人工流产手术的900例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组450例。对照组给予常规健康教育，研究组实施PAC服务，观察比较两组患者各时段避孕措施落实情况，将对照组分为坚持避孕行为组及未坚持避孕行为组，对坚持避孕行为的影响因素进行分析。结果：研究组患者在术后避孕措施立即落实、术后不同时间坚持避孕行为所占比例均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。坚持避孕行为组已婚、大学及以上、职员及技术人员、月收入较高的患者所占比例均明显高于未坚持避孕行为组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：未婚、受教育程度较低、工人及服务员、学生、无业人员、月收入较低的患者坚持避孕行为较差，应作为避孕教育的重点对象，有效降低非意愿妊娠发生率。 　　【关键词】 避孕； 流产； 规范化 　　Effect of Family Planning Services on Contraceptive Behavior of Female after Standardized Abortion/MA Feng-ling，LI Yan，LIANG Zeng-xia，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（06）：102-105 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of family planning services on contraceptive behavior of female after standardized abortion.Method：Nine hundred patients with artificial abortion admitted to our center from October 2012 to August 2014 were selected as research objects，they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method，450 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education，the study group received post-abortion care services，the implementation of contraceptive measures in each period of time between the two groups were observed and compared.The control group was divided into the insist on contraceptive behavior group and did not insist on contraceptive behavior group，the influencing factors of the insistence on contraceptive behavior were analyzed.Result：The proportion postoperative immediate implementation rate of contraceptive measures，after different time insist on contraceptive behavior in the study group were significantly higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The proportion of married，college and above，staff and technical staff，the higher monthly income in the insist on contraceptive behavior group were significantly higher than those in the did not insist on contraceptive behavior group，the dif
