Abstract
Because of its convenient and timely features, the E-commerce as a new kind of market transactions is favored by consumers. And as its virtualization convenient for people and the characteristics of globalization , E-commerce also have given issues for a large number of consumer protection , such as the Consumer Privacy Protection, transaction security issues, network consumer fraud issues, the standard terms, jurisdiction issues and so on. These problems greatly against the interests of consumers and give a serious impact on consumer confidence in electronic commerce. And so it sure that will hinder the healthy development of e-commerce. So it is necessary that developing appropriate legal system, focusing on consumer protection and strengthening the protection of the interests of consumers in electronic commerce.
The full paper is divided into four chapters, about 35 000 words.
