万方数据 万方数据 THE RESEARCH ON EMS MODEL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY ABSTRACT With fast development of electronic technology, competition of electronic product supply chain in market becomes worse. Under pressure of product cost, quality level is down and quality events occur frequently. Through analysis of quality issues and assessment of cost delivery impact, main cause of quality issues are contributed from design procedure and lower efficiency on quality issues solving increases impact on cost and delivery. Improvement plan is given on improving design procedure, smoothing organization relationship, increasing members’ capability. According to logic of problem definition, analysis, solving, defect record and key quality evens are collected. Root cause of quality issues are analyzed by Pareto, Cause and Effect Analysis and WSR systematic theory. Based on Advanced Product Quality Plan Hall Hard System Methodology, feasible design improvement plan is provided. Also advice is given on smoothing organization relationship and member capability. The article is written by the view of customer aspect in EMS model, including data collection, analysis and improvement action taken.
