I I 电子产品的绿色供应商的选择研究 摘 要 本文为进行供应商绿色度评比，提出了其评价指标选定和权重确 立的模式。在探讨供应商绿色度的相关指标来源的基础上，依据电子 产品供应商在各指标上的客观数据，运用因子分析法，选取关键指标， 并对指标进行结构化构建。解决了评价指标的确定过于依赖经验的问 题。同时，通过变异系数法，确立了选择绿色供应商的客观权重；运 用改进的层次分析法，在对专家进行问卷调查的基础上，确立了主观 权重。进而实现了绿色供应商的评选。最后，通过对 9 家 PCB 供应商 实证演算，对该模式进行了检验，使研究具有一定的理论水平和实用 价值，希望为有关企业研究和制定绿色供应商评估和选择的体系提供 参考。 关键词：绿色供应商，绿色度，指标，因子分析，变异系数，层次分 析 II II Choice research of the green supplier in the electronic product Abstract This text compares and assesses in order to carry on suppliers green grade, selects the mode established with the weight after putting forward its evaluation index. In probing into the foundation of the relevant index source of suppliers green grade, according to electronic product suppliers objective data on every index, use the factor analysis method to choose the key index, and carry on structuring to the index. So the problem that the sureness of the evaluation index overly relies on experience is solved. Meanwhile, through coefficient of variation method, established the objective weight of choosing the green supplier; Use the analytic hierarchy process of the improved level, on the basis of the thing that carry on questionnaire investigation to the experts, have established the subjective weight. And then has realized the assessment of the green supplier. Finally , through making mathematical calculations to suppliers real example of 9 PCBs , examined this mode, enabling studying has certain theoretical level and practical value , hope to offer reference for the thing that relevant enterprises study and make the system which a supplier assess and choose of green.
