连硬外气管内全麻应用于髋关节置换手术麻醉临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨连硬外+气管内全麻应用于髋关节置换手术麻醉的临床疗效。方法 79例患者均为2013年10月～2016年12月期间在本院行髋关节置换术的病例，按照回顾性方法，根据患者麻醉方法不同分为两组。对照组34例患者行连硬外麻醉，观察组45例患者行连硬外+气管内全麻。记录观察两组患者麻醉前后心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）的变化情况，同时，观察两组患者手术后清醒（能对答）的时间。结果 两组患者麻醉前HR、SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），观察组麻醉后各项指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组患者麻醉优秀率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针对髋关节置换术患者可行连硬外+气管内全麻，其麻醉效果好，且较少影响患者的心率和血压等指标，管理方便，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 硬膜外阻滞麻醉；气管内全麻；髋关节置换术 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）08-112-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia in application of anesthesia in hip-joint replacement surgery. Methods 79 patients who received hip-joint replacement surgery in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods. 34 patients in the control group were given continuous epidural anesthesia while 45 patients in the observation group were given continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia. Heart rate （HR）， systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） before and after anesthesia of patients in two groups were recorded and observed. At the same time， postoperative recovery （can answer） time of patients in two groups were observed. Results HR， SBP and DBP before anesthesia of patients in two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）. Differences in every index after anesthesia of the observation group and the control group had statistical significance（P0.05）. Excellent rate of anesthesia patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia in hip-joint replacement surgery has a good anesthesia effect and fewer effect on heart rate， blood pressure and other indexes. In addition， it is convenient t
