连续性综合护理对老年髋部骨折病人影响观察 　　【摘 要】目的：探究连续性综合护理对老年髋部骨折病人的影响。方法：选取2016年8月至2017年11月在我院进行髋部骨折手术的96例老年患者，将其分为常规组及研究组，对常规组患者行常规护理，对研究组患者行连续性综合护理，比较两组患者出院时、出院后1个月及3个月髋关节功能评分及心理状态。结果：两组患者出院时，研究组患者Harris评分稍高于常规组，但无统计学意义（P0.05），出院后，两组患者Harris评分均显著提高，至出院3个月后，研究组Harris评分达77.69±10.21，与常规组存在显著差异（P0.05），出院3个月时，研究组患者GDS评分显著低于常规组（P0.05）。结论：对老年髋部骨折患者实施连续性综合护理，能够有效提高患者术后髋关节功能恢复程度，降低患者出现的抑郁等不良情绪，对提高患者生活质量也具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】连续性综合护理；老年患者；髋部骨折 　　The effect of continuous comprehensive nursing on the elderly patients with hip fracture 　　Hanyuan County Hospital of traditional Chinese MedicineYaan， Sichuan Chen Shurong 625300 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of continuous comprehensive nursing on the elderly patients with hip fracture.Method：From August 2016 to November 2017 96 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery in our hospital， divided into the conventional group and the study group， the routine nursing care for patients in the conventional group， the continuity of comprehensive nursing for patients in the study group， compared two groups of patients when they were discharged after 1 months and 3 months of hip joint function score and mental state.Result：Two patients discharged from the patients in the study group， Harris score was slightly higher than that of the conventional group， but no statistical significance （P0.05）， after discharge， two patients with Harris were significantly increased to 3 months after discharge， the study group Harris score was 77.69 + 10.21， there was significant difference with normal group （P0.05）， 3 months after discharge， patients in the study group， GDS score was significantly lower than normal group （P0.05）.conclusion：The implementation of continuous comprehensive nursing for elderly hip fracture patients can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of hip joint function and reduce the depressive mood of patients.
