通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗急性鼻炎临床疗效及安全性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨通窍鼻炎胶囊在急性鼻炎患者中的临床治疗效果及安全性。 方法 整群选取2014年12月―2015年12月医院收治的84例患者资料进行研究，采用随机数字方法将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组42例。对照组采用鼻渊舒口服液治疗，实验组采用通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果及药物安全性。 结果 实验组治疗疗效率为95.2%，显著高于对照组的85.7%（P0.05）；实验组治疗后IL-4、IgE指标，显著低于对照组（P0.05）；实验组治疗后IL-2，显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 急性鼻炎患者采用通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 通窍鼻炎胶囊；急性鼻炎；治疗效果；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0138-02 　　Research on Clinical Curative Effect and Security of Tongqiao Biyan Capsules in Treatment of Acute Rhinitis 　　LI Hui-juan 　　Department of Medical Education， Pingdingshan First Peoples Hospital， Pingdingshan， Henan Province， 467000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect and security of tongqiao biyan capsules in treatment of patients with acute rhinitis. Methods The data of 84 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected for research and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each， the control group were treated with biyuanshu oral liquid.， the experimental group were treated with tongqiao biyan capsules， the clinical treatment effects and drug security of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect rate of treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group， （95.2% vs 85.7%）， P0.05， the differences in the serum index， IL-4， IL-2 and IgE indexes between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant P0.05， the IL-4 and IgE indexes after treatment in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group，P0.05， the IL-2 after treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group， P0.05.
