超声弹性成像引导下浅表转移性淋巴结穿刺活检临床价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并探讨超声弹性成像引导下浅表转移性淋巴结穿刺活检的临床价值。方法：选取2013年1月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的150例恶性肿瘤伴浅表淋巴结肿大患者进行研究，采取计算机单盲分组法随机分为两组，对照组在常规超声引导下穿刺活检，观察组在超声弹性成像引导下穿刺活检，比较两组患者的穿刺取样时间、穿刺部位疼痛评分、穿刺取样成功率及诊断准确性。结果：观察组穿刺取样时间明显短于对照组，穿刺部位疼痛评分明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组穿刺取样成功率及诊断准确性均明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在超声弹性成像引导下穿刺活检可提高取样成功率，还可提高对浅表转移性淋巴结的诊断准确性，具有较高的临床价值。 　　【关键词】 浅表转移性淋巴结； 诊断； 穿刺活检； 超声弹性成像 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.1.031 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）01-0063-03 　　Clinical Value of Superficial Metastatic Lymph Node Biopsy Guided by Ultrasound Elastography/WANG Juping.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（1）：63-65 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of superficial metastatic lymph node biopsy.Method：From January 2013 to December 2016，150 cases of superficial lymph nodes enlargement malignant tumor received in our hospital were studied and randomly divided into two groups by computer single-blind grouping method.The control group under the guidiance of conventional ultrasound guided biopsy，the observation group under the guidance of ultrasound elastography biopsy.The puncture sampling time，the puncture pain score，puncture sampling success rate and diagnostic accuracy of two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group，the puncture sampling time was shorter than that in the control group，the puncture pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The puncture sampling success rate and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound elastography guided biopsy can improve the success rate of sampling and the diagnostic accuracy of superficial metastatic lymph nodes with high clinical value. 　　【Key words】 Superficial metastatic lymph node； Diagnosis； Biopsy； Ultrasound ela
