透明质酸钠和几丁糖对子宫内膜上皮及成纤维细胞影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究几丁糖、透明质酸钠对子宫内膜上皮及成纤维细胞的影响。 方法 对2014年1月～2015年12月本院收治宫腔粘连患者90例随机分为三组，研究组在宫腔镜粘连分离手术后分别给予几丁糖、透明质酸钠宫腔放置，对照组未作处理，三组患者在术后3个月进行宫腔镜检查及组织活检，分别对术中及术后标本进行镜下子宫内膜上皮及成纤维细胞数目变化进行观察，术后12个月进行宫腔镜检查，对宫腔粘连复发情况进行观察。结果 使用几丁糖、透明质酸钠后，宫腔粘连复发率明显低于对照组，宫内组织子宫内膜上皮细胞表达增强，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.01），成纤维细胞表达减弱，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 几丁糖、透明质酸钠能有效预防宫腔粘连的再发，能促进子宫内膜上皮细胞增生，抑制成纤维细胞。 　　[关键词] 宫腔粘连；几丁糖；透明质酸钠；子宫内膜上皮细胞；成纤维细胞 　　[中图分类号] R711.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）34-0055-04 　　Study on the effects of hyaluronic acid and chitosan on endometrial epithelium and fibroblasts 　　ZHOU Jianfang WU Xiaojie 　　Department of Gynecology， Jiaxing Women and Childrens Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Jiaxing 314051， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of chitosan and sodium hyaluronate on endometrial epithelium and fibroblasts. Methods 90 patients with intrauterine adhesion who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomLy divided into three groups： Study group was given intrauterine placement of chitosan and sodium hyaluronate after intrauterine adhesion resection. The control group was not given any treatment. Three groups of patients were given hysteroscopy and tissue biopsy 3 months after the surgery. The changes of the number of endometrial epithelium and fibroblasts were observed under microscope for intraoperative samples and postoperative samples. Hysteroscopy was performed 12 months after the surgery. The recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesion was observed. Results After the use of chitosan and sodium hyaluronate，the recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesion was significantly lower than that in the control group. The expression of endometrial epithelial cells in intrauterine tissue was enhanced， significantly different from that in the control group（P0.01）.
