跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨严重粉碎性骨折临床效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究跟骨?i定钢板治疗跟骨严重粉碎性骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年9月～2016年6月我院收治的48例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者进行观察，按随机数字表法分成A、B两组，每组31例，A组采用锁定钢板内固定；B组采用非锁定钢板内固定。观察记录两组患者手术术中的出血量、以及皮缘坏死、切口感染、腓肠外侧皮神经损伤等的并发症发生率。并根据Maryland足部评分标准对所有患者进行评价。 结果 A组并发症的发生率为4.17%，低于B组16.67%，但两组并发生症发生率差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。A组优14（58.33%）例，良6（25.00%）例，中3（12.50%）例，差1（4.17%）例，优良率83.33%。B组优9（37.50%）例，良4（16.67%）例，中7（29.17%）例，差4（16.67%）例，优良率54.17%。A组优良率明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 跟骨锁定钢板治疗跟骨严重粉碎性骨折疗效果良好，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 锁定钢板；跟骨骨折；临床效果；严重粉碎性骨折 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）10-193-03 　　Clinical effect study of calcaneal locking plate in the treatment of severe comminuted fractures of the calcaneus 　　LUO Xukun1 MAI Jinxiang1 ZENG Haixiu1 LE Hui2 　　1.Department of Surgery WardⅢ，Changan Hospital，Dongguan 523840，China；2.Science Education，Changan Hospital，Dongguan 523840，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of calcaneal locking plate in the treatment of severe calcaneus comminuted fracture of calcaneus.
