输注脐血对恶性肿瘤患者外周血象及免疫功能影响检测 　　【摘要】 目的 观察输注脐血对恶性肿瘤化疗患者外周血象及免疫功能的影响。方法 将研究对象150例，按住院治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。观察组在采用化疗的基础上给予新鲜脐血输注，而对照组则只采用化疗，观察两组外周血象及免疫功能各项指标的变化。结果 观察组输注脐血后外周血象白细胞和血小板水平明显提高，两组差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。免疫功能各项指标CD?+??3、CD?+??4、CD?+??8和NK细胞活性明显提高，两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤患者在化疗的同时辅助输入脐血，可提高外周血象白细胞和血小板水平，提高患者免疫功能。? 　　【关键词】 　　恶性肿瘤；脐血输注；外周血象；免疫功能 　　?? 　　 　　The testing of infusion of umbilical cord blood for the peripheral blood and immune function with m alignant tumors 　　 　　DING Yan-fang.Department of Clinical Laboratory, People’s Hospital of Yiyang County, Luoyang 471600,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of infusion of umbilical cord blood for the peripheral blood and immune function with m alignant tumors. Methods 150 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each for 75 cases. The observation group were given the chemotherapy in the foundation for to the fresh navel blood infusion, but compares the group then only used the chemotherapy, peripheral blood count and the immunity function were observed. Results After theobservation group infusion navel blood peripheral blood count white blood cell and the blood platelet level distinct enhancement, twogroups of differences had extremely the significance (P0.01). Immunity function each quota CD?+?3, CD?+?4, CD?+?8 and the NK cell lives were distinct enhancement, two groups of differences had significance (P0.05).
