责任康复护理制度对膝关节置换术后患者康复水平影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨责任康复护理制度对膝关节置换术后患者康复水平的影响。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年2月于海南医学院附属医院收治的各类膝关节置换患者76例，将2012年1月～2013年4月收治的42例患者作为常规对照组，将2013年5月～2014年2月收治的34例患者作为责任康复组。常规对照组行常规护理，责任康复组增加责任康复护理措施，比较两组患者术后康复质量。 结果 责任康复组患者术后至出院期间，膝关节屈伸活动范围显著大于常规对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。术后康复水平和生活质量高于常规对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 责任康复护理制度对于膝关节置换术后患者的康复进程有积极作用，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 责任护理；康复；膝关节置换 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）12（c）-0104-04 　　Effect analysis of responsibility rehabilitation nursing system in the rehabilitation process of total knee arthroplasty 　　CHEN Yan FU Kun LI Hongchao JIA Bingshen YU Peng SONG Ping 　　Department of Joint Trauma Surgery， the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University， Hainan Province， Haikou 570102， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyzed the clinical effect of responsibility rehabilitation nursing system in the rehabilitation process of total knee arthroplasty.
