针灸治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效比较Meta分析 　　【摘 要】目的：评价针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效，分析目前临床研究的现状。方法：计算机检索PubMed、中国生物医学文献、中国知网、重庆维普、万方等数据库中2000年1月至2015年12月的相关文献，同时筛选纳入研究的参考文献，收集针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床随机对照试验，由2名评价员独立评价文献质量，并采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入研究结果进行Meta分析。结果：8篇文献符合纳入标准，共809例患者。Meta分析显示，针灸对照雷公藤多苷片治疗，有效率的组间比较差异无统计学意义 　　（P = 0.21），合并RR = 1.05，95%CI = [0.97，1.13]；针灸对照雷公藤多苷片，类风湿因子的组间比较无统计学意义（P = 0.09），合并WMD = -5.04，95%CI = [-10.89，0.81]；针灸对照DMARDs治疗，有效率的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P = 0.02），合并RR = 1.23，95%CI = [1.07，1.40]；针灸对照DMARDs联合NSAIDs，有效率的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P = 0.000 3），合并RR = 1.29，95%CI =[1.12，1.49]。 　　结论：针灸治疗类风湿关节炎安全，可能作为辅助治疗手段解决类风湿关节炎的部分问题有效。因纳入文献数量有限且部分质量较低，需更多高质量随机对照试验来进一步验证。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，类风湿；针灸；疗效；Meta分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.2095-4174.2016.03.007 　　Meta Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Moxibustion and Acupuncture in the Treatment of 　　Rheumatoid Arthritis 　　SU Hui-yuan，DU Yuan-hao 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis to analyze the current status of clinical research.Methods：Related literatures were searched from PubMed，CBM disc，CNKI，VIP Chinese Journal and Wanfang database （from January 2000 to December 2015）.Meanwhile，related references were screened and randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were collected.Two reviewers were invited to independently evaluate the literature quality and make a meta-analysis on the included studies with the software Revman 5.3.Results：Eight articles met the inclusion criteria，with a total of 809 patients.Meta analysis showed that there was no statistical significance of efficiency between groups（P = 0.21） with moxibustion and acupuncture and tripterygium glycosides tablet， 　　RR = 1.05，95%CI =[0.97，1.13].Compared with tripterygium glycosides tablet， rheumatoid factor groups with moxibustion and acupuncture had no statistical significance（P = 0.09），WMD = -5.04，95%CI =[-10.89，0.81].Compared with DMARD，the difference of efficiency wa
