重组人白细胞介素11对非小细胞肺癌患者转移和生存影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察重组人白细胞介素11（rhIL-11）对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）转移和生存的影响。 方法 回顾性分析比较2012年6月～2015年6月120例NSCLC患者化疗过程中使用与不使用rhIL-11的患者的肿瘤远处转移发生率、发生转移时间、肿瘤进展时间（TTP）和总生存期（OS）的差异。 结果 使用rhIL-11的患者60例（A组），未使用的患者60例（B组）。治疗6个月后肿瘤转移率比较：A组、B组为80.0%、63.3%，P=0.043。发生转移时间比较：A组、B组为（5.3±1.3）个月、（5.8±1.2）个月，P=0.026。TTP比较：A组、B组为（4.1±0.8）个月、（4.7±0.8）个月，P=0.000；OS：A组（9.7±0.5）个月，B组（9.9±0.3）个月，两组OS比较，无统计学差异（P=0.053）。 结论 rhIL-11可能促进NSCLC转移。 　　[关键词] 肺肿瘤/非小细胞肺癌；重组人白细胞介素11；转移；预后 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0050-03 　　Effect of recombinant human interleukin 11（rhIL-11） on metastasis and survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） 　　PENG Na KANG Mafei HE Shaozhong LIU Xiuli 　　Department of Medical Oncology， the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College， Guilin 541001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interleukin 11（rhIL-11） on metastasis and survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Total of 120 patients with NSCLC patients from June 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and the differences of rate of metastasis， time of metastasis， time to progression （TTP） and the overall survival （OS） between patients treated with and did not with rhIL-11 were compared. Results There were 60 patients who treated with rhIL-11（group A） and 60 patients did not treat with rhIL-11（group B）. The rate of metastasis 6 months after starting treatment were 80.0% and 63.3%， P=0.043， and the time of metastasis was （5.3±1.3） months and（5.8±1.2） months， P=0.026， and the time of progresson（TTP） was （4.1±0.8） months and （4.7±0.8） months， P=0.000，respectively in group A and group B. The overall survival （OS） was （9.7±0.5） months in group A and（9.9±0.3） months in group B， there was no statistic difference （P=0.053）.
