针灸加药物治疗椎―基底动脉供血不足症疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨针灸加药物治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足症的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年4月-2015年4月笔者所在医院门诊收治的80例椎-基底动脉供血不足症患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组（针灸加药物治疗）40例，对照组（单纯药物治疗）40例。对照组用丹红注射液40 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml内，静脉滴注1次/d，维生素B1 10 mg，3次/d，10 d为一疗程；观察组在对照组药物治疗的基础上，给予针灸疗法，取穴：百会、印堂、内关、后溪、足三里、太冲。结果：观察组总有效率为97.5%，临床治愈率为87.5%，对照组总有效率为60.0%，临床治愈率为47.5%，观察组均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：针灸加药物治疗椎-基底动脉供血不全足症疗效好，安全无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 针灸疗法； 药物； 椎-基底动脉供血不足症； 疗效 　　中图分类号 R743 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）26-0058-02 　　Curative Effect Observation of Acupuncture and Drug in the Treatment of Vertebral-basilar Artery Blood Insufficiency/LIU Zhi-jun，GUAN Qian，DONG He-shuai.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（26）：58-59 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and drug in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery blood deficiency.Method：80 patients with vertebral- basilar artery biood insufficiency in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group of 40 cases（acupuncture and drug treatment ）， the control group of 40 cases（simple drug treatment）. The control group with Danhong injection 40 ml 5%GS 250 ml， IV drip， 1 times a day， vitamin B110 mg， 3 times daily， 10 d the 1 course of treatment； The observation group based on the control group drug therapy， add the acupuncture therapy， the acupoints such as baihui， yintang ，neiguan ， houxi， zusanli， taichong were selected.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%， the clinical cure rate was 87.5%， the control group total effective rate was 60.0%， the clinical cure rate was 47.5%，the observation group was significantly better than that the control group， there was a significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and drug in the treatment of vertebro-basilar artery blood insufficiency， safe non-toxic side effects，was worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Acupuncture therapy； Drug； Vertebral- basilar artery blood ins
