重度混合痔术后大出血原因分析及处理 　　[摘要] 目的 探究重度混合痔临床术后大出血的原因和处理方法。方法 2010年7月―2013年9月在该院治疗的136例进行手术治疗的重度混合痔患者，其中有23例患者出现术后大出血症状，观察分析其临床病因以及治疗措施。 结果 患者术后出血分类显示手术过程中操作不当导致出现的原发性出血19例，由于术后感染及护理不当等导致继发性出血患者4例，混合痔术后大出血的原因分析显示多是由于手术过程中的操作不当造成，经过相应的术后处理，所有患者的大出血病症都得到有效控制，所有患者病情都好转并康复出院，患者在术后一年内无复发患者。结论 在重度混合痔患者的临床手术治疗中，针对患者的病情选择适当的术式能够改善患者的临床状况，在术前做好相应准备，手术过程中严格按照操作进行规范手术，避免术后大出血状况能够控制患者的出血状况，并且在术后对患者进行严密监察，能够有效降低术后大出血的状况。 　　[关键词] 重度混合痔； 大出血； 分析及护理 　　[中图分类号] R65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0028-02 　　The Analysis of the Causes of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Bleeding and Processing 　　WANG Weiyi LI Juan WANG Qiang 　　Wing City Peoples Hospital of Henan，Yongcheng，Henan Province，476600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective to explore the cause of severe clinical postoperative bleeding mixed hemorrhoid and processing method.
