长程脑电图监测在癫痫发作患者中应用价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探究长程脑电图监测在癫痫发作患者中的应用价值。方法 25例癫痫发作患者， 均实施常规脑电图监测和长程脑电图监测， 比较两种监测方式在临床发作、痫样放电方面的发现率。结果 长程脑电图监测癫痫患者临床发作发现率（52.00%）高于常规脑电图监测（20.00%）， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。长程脑电图监测癫痫患者痫样放电发现率（64.00%）高于常规脑电图监测（28.00%）， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。长程脑电图监测癫痫患者同时痫样放电和临床发作的发现率（44.00%）高于常规脑电图监测（4.00%）， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用长程脑电图对癫痫发作患者实施监测， 能有效提高患者的确诊率， 临床应用价值较高。 　　【关键词】 长程脑电图监测；癫痫；诊断 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.15.013 　　Analysis of application value of long-range electroencephalogram monitoring in epileptic seizure patients SHI Hui-min. Methods A total of 25 epileptic seizure patients all received routine and long-range electroencephalogram monitoring， and comparison were made on discovery rate of clinical seizures and epilepsy discharge by two monitoring methods. Results Long-range electroencephalogram monitoring had higher discovery rate of clinical seizures as 52.00% than 20.00% by routine electroencephalogram monitoring， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Long-range electroencephalogram monitoring had higher discovery rate of epilepsy discharge as 64.00% than 28.00% by routine electroencephalogram monitoring， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Long-range electroencephalogram monitoring had higher discovery rate of clinical seizures and epilepsy discharge at the same time in epilepsy patients as 44.00% than 4.00% by routine electroencephalogram monitoring， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
