重组人干扰素α―2b皮损内注射联合针刺治疗多发性跖疣疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察重组人干扰素α-2b皮?p内注射联合针刺治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法 20例多发性跖疣患者， 对其靶疣进行重组人干扰素α-2b皮损内注射联合针刺治疗。观察治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果 经过3～5次治疗后， 绝大部分患者的靶疣出现不同程度的变小及萎缩。末次治疗后6个月随访时， 治愈8例， 患者所有疣体全部消退；好转6例， 患者靶疣完全消退， 其他疣体部分消退；显效3例， 患者仅靶疣完全消退， 其他疣体无消退；无效3例， 患者仅有靶疣变小萎缩但未脱落， 其他疣体亦无消退， 治疗总有效率为85%。治疗时和拔出针灸针时会有轻度的疼痛感。初次治疗后部分患者出现低热、头痛、腰痛等感冒样不适症状， 但均为一过性， 未给予特殊药物处理， 第2天均能完全自行消退。随着治疗次数的增加， 不适症状逐渐减轻。所有患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论 重组人干扰素α-2b皮损内注射联合针刺法治疗多发性跖疣疗效显著， 副作用少， 值得在临床上推广。 　　【关键词】 重组人干扰素α-2b；针刺；多发性跖疣 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.13.058 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b intralesional injection combined with acupuncture for the treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods A total of 20 patients with multiple plantar warts were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b intramuscular injection combined with acupuncture. The treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions was observed. Results After 3～5 times of treatment， most of the plantar warts showed shrinking and atrophy in varying degrees. At the 6-month follow-up after the last treatment， there were 8 cured cases， with all the warts subsided， 6 improved cases， with verruca plantaris completely subsided and the other warts partially subsided， 3 effective cases， with only the verruca plantaris completely subsided and the other warts not subsided， and 3 ineffective cases， with the verruca plantaris decreased but did not fall off， and the other warts did not subsidise. The total treatment effective rate was 85%. There is a slight pain during treatment and removal of acupuncture needle. After the initial treatment， some patients developed flu-like symptoms such as fever， headache， lumbago， but all of them were transient. They were not treated with special drugs， and they completely subsided on the second day without special drug treatment. With the increase of treatment times， the symptoms of discomfort gradually reduced. No serious adverse reaction was found in al
