风险评估在精神科护理安全管理中应用效果分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析风险评估在精神科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法：收集2013年1月―2014年12月精神科收治的100例患者为对照组，实施科室常规护理管理；收集2015年1月―2016年12月收治的100例患者为观察组，在实施科室护理安全管理前对患者进行风险评估。对比两组护理不良事件发生率和护理服务满意度。结果：观察组护理不良事件发生率为4%（4/100），对照组护理不良事件发生率为12%（12/100），观察组明显低于对照组（P0.05）。观察组护理服务满意度为99%，对照组为90%，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：精神科护理安全管理中实施风险评估可以减少护理不良事件，提高护理服务满意度，从而保障患者安全，值得推广应用。 　　关键词 精神疾病；风险评估；护理安全管理；应用效果 　　中图分类号：R473.74 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）18-0038-03 　　Analysis of application effect of risk assessment in psychiatric nursing safety management 　　FU Ping 　　（Psychiatry Department of Corelle Hospital， Zhangshu 331211， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the application effect of risk assessment in psychiatric nursing safety management. Methods： From January 2013 to December 2014， 100 patients in the psychiatric department were enrolled as a control group， and the department routine nursing management was implemented for them. From January 2015 to December 2016， 100 patients were enrolled as an observation group， and risk assessment was carried out before the implementation of department safety management. The incidence of nursing adverse events and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 4%（4/100）， and the incidence of adverse nursing events in the control group was 12%（12/100）. The observation group was lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. The satisfaction degrees of nursing service were 99% in the observation group and 90% in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Application of risk assessment in psychiatric nursing safety management can reduce nursing adverse events and improve the satisfaction of nursing services， so as to ensure the safety of patients， which is worthy of popularization and application. 　　KEY WORDS mental disease； risk assessment； nursing safety management；
