饮食护理干预促进肝硬化并发糖尿病患者康复效果评价 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.19.83 　　摘 要 目的：通过对不同程度的肝硬化并发糖尿病患者应用饮食护理干预，分析其临床效果。方法：收治肝硬化合并糖尿病患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，每组根据入院空腹血糖值分别分为3组，轻度20例，中度20例，重度20例。观察组均给予个体化饮食护理和常规性保肝治疗，对照组给予常规护理和常规性保肝治疗。1个月后比较两组临床效果。结果：对照组轻度组血糖达标率55%，中度组血糖达标率40%，重度组血糖达标率15%；观察组轻度组血糖达标率85%，中度组血糖达标率65%，重度组血糖达标率30%。肝硬化并发糖尿病患者应用饮食护理干预，血糖控制效果明显好于应用常规护理的患者；同样应用饮食护理干预，轻度、中度患者控制血糖效果明显好于重度患者。结论：肝硬化并发糖尿病患者尽早应用饮食护理干预，对血糖的控制和疾病的康复有很大的促进作用。 　　关键词 肝硬化并发糖尿病 饮食护理干预 效果 　　Effect evaluation of diet nursing intervention for the rehabilitation of patients with cirrhosis and diabetes 　　Wang Lianqin 　　The Peoples Hospital of Feng County，Jiangsu 221700 　　Abstract Objective：Through the application of diet nursing intervention in patients with different levels of cirrhosis and diabetes，to analyze its clinical effect.Methods：120 cases with cirrhosis and diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.Each group were divided into 20 mild cases，20 moderate cases and 20 severe cases according to the fasting plasma glucose values.The observation group were treated with individualized diet nursing and routine treatment.The control group were treated with routine nursing and routine treatment.After 1 month later，we compared treatment effect of two groups.Results：In the control group，blood sugar compliance rate of mild group was 55%，blood sugar compliance rate of of moderate group was 40%，and blood sugar compliance rate of severe group was 15%.In the observation group，blood sugar compliance rate of mild group was 85%，blood sugar compliance rate of moderate group was 65%，and blood sugar compliance rate of severe group was 30%. For the patients with cirrhosis and diabetes，the effect of application of diet nursing intervention was better than that of the routine care.With the same diet nursing intervention，the effect of blood glucose control in mild，moderate cases were significantly better than that in severe cases.Conc
