骨远端Pillon骨折治疗体会 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.23.064 　　[摘要] 目的 探析不同手术方案治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2010年1月―2016年12月期间收治的60例胫骨远端Pillon骨折患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各30例，研究组以锁定钢板进行内固定治疗，对照组采取普通钢板固定治疗，比较两组治疗后的优良率及并发症发生情况等。结果 研究组优良率96.67%与对照组70.00%比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组手术时间（49.5±4.7）min、术中出血量（46.2±5.2）mL、愈合时间（18.4±1.2）周、石膏固定时间（17.5±4.1）d与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组并发症发生率6.67%与对照组30.00%比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于胫骨远端Pillon骨折，以锁定钢板进行内固定治疗效果确切，愈合快速，稳定性好，并发症少，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 胫骨远端；Pillon骨折；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R687 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（b）-0064-03 　　Treatment of Distal Pillon Fracture of Tibia 　　XU Ming-yong 　　Department of Orthopaedics， Gaochun People’s Hospital， Nanjing， Jiangsu Province， 211300 China 　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the clinical effect of different surgical regimen in the treatment of distal pillon fractures of the tibia. Methods 60 patients with pillon fractures from January 2010 to December 2016 were convenient randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated with locking plate for internal fixation. The control group was treated with ordinary plate fixation， and the excellent rate of the two groups after treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared. Results The excellent rate was 96.67% in the study group and 70.00% in the control group（P0.05）. The operative time was（49.5±4.7） min， the intraoperative blood loss was （46.2±5.2） mL， the healing time was （18.4±1.2） weeks， the plaster fixation time was（17.5±4.1）days， significantly different from those of the control group（P0.05）. The incidence of complication was 6.67% in the study group and 30.00% in the control group（P0.05）. The difference between the two groups was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion For the distal pillon fracture of the tibia， the effect of internal fixation with locking plate is definite， with rapid healing pace， good stability， and fewer complications and is worth clinical promotio
