预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法 从该院在2016年6月―2017年6月期间诊治的需要进行口腔修复的患者当中方便选取114例作为观察对象，对患者进行编号，1～114号，其中奇数号为对照组，给予金属桩口腔修复，偶数号为观察组，给予预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩口腔修复（预成纤维桩27例，可塑纤维桩30例），对比两组口腔修复的临床效果。结果 对照组每颗纤维桩所需时间为（112.35±13.53）min，观察组所需时间为（68.57±11.21）min，由此可见，两组对比差异有统计学意义（t=11.234 2；P0.05）；观察组治疗的成功率为96.49%，满意度为94.74%，而对照组治疗的成功率为82.46%，满意度为77.19%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中可以取得良好的效果，显著减轻了患者的痛苦，提高了患者的满意度，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 口腔修复；预成纤维桩；可塑纤维桩；效果 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（a）-0092-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Prefabricated Piles or Plastic Fiber Piles in Oral Rehabilitation 　　GUO Yun 　　Department of Stomatology， Dehong People’s Hospital， Dehong， Yunnan Province， 678400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of preformed in oral cavity repair the fiber pile or plasticity fiber piles.
