颈项部穴位治疗中老年便秘临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨颈项部穴位治疗中老年便秘的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取该院2012年5月―2015年6月接诊的单纯性便秘患者49例，随机分为治疗组25例，和对照组24例，治疗组应用颈项部穴位进行针刺和按摩治疗，对照组采用腹背部穴位进行治疗，两组治疗均已7 d为1疗程，3个疗程以后观察治疗效果，并进行治疗后，2个月的跟踪随访。结果两组排便缩短时间比较，治疗组达到治愈标准率为84.5%，对照组为72.3%，治疗组明显高于对照组（P0.05）；两组排便次数比较，治疗组达到治愈标准率为88.0%，对照组为62.5%，治疗组明显高于对照组（P0.05）；两组复发率比较，治疗组为8.0%，对照组为58.3%，对照组明显高于治疗组（P0.05）。三项比较均差异有统计学意义。 结论 采用颈项部穴位治疗中老年疗效确切可靠。 　　[关键词] 颈项部穴位；中老年；便秘；疗效观察 　　[中图分类号] R256.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（b）-0164-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of acupoints of neck in treatment of constipation of the middle and old people. Methods 49 cases of patients with simple constipation treated in our department from May 2012 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group with 25 cases and the control group with 24 cases， the treatment group were given acupuncture and massage through acupoints of neck， the control group were given treatment through acupoints of abdomen and back ， 7 days were a course of treatment for the two groups， the treatment effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment and the patients were followed up for 2 months. Results As far as the defecation shorten time was concerned， the cure standard rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group （84.5% vs 72.3%）（P0.05）， as far as the defecation times were concerned， the cure standard rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group （88.0% vs 62.5%），（P0.05）， the recurrence rate in the control group was obviously higher than that in the treatment group （58.3% vs 8.0%），（P0.05），all differences were statistically significant.
