鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年1月-2014年1月本院收治的110例分泌性中耳炎患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患儿分为研究组和对照组各55例，研究组采用鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除治疗，对照组采用单纯鼓膜置管术治疗，随访6个月，综合比较两组患儿听力变化、中耳积液时间、治疗总有效率、并发症发生率及复发情况。结果：两组患儿术后纯音听力均提高，研究组改善程度优于对照组（P0.05）；研究组术后中耳积液时间少于对照组（P0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）；研究组并发症发生率和复发率均低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎效果确切，可有效提高听力，减少相关并发症，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 鼓膜置管术； 腺样体切除； 儿童； 分泌性中耳炎 　　Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Tympanostomy Tube Insertion Combined with Adenoidectomy in the Treatment of Children with Secretory Otitis Media/YAO Rong-wei，OUYANG Shao-ji，XU Xue-jiang./Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：043-045 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of tympanostomy tube insertion combined with adenoidectomy for children with secretory otitis media.Method：110 cases of children with secretory otitis media in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the research group and the control group，55 cases in each group.The research group was treated with tympanostomy tube insertion combined with adenoidectomy.The control group was treated with tympanostomy tube insertion.The changes in hearing，middle ear effusion time，total effective rate，complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The hearing ability of the two groups improved，the improvement degree of the research group was better than that of the control group（P0.01）.Middle ear effusion time，total effective rate，complications and recurrence rate of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tympanostomy tube insertion combined with adenoidectomy for children with secretory otitis media has exact effect.It can effectively improve the hearing and reduce related complications.It’s worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Tympanostomy tube insertion； Adenoidectomy； Children； Secretory otitis media 　　First-author’s address：The Fifth Affili
