高血压合并糖尿病患者实施门诊护理干预效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析高血压合并糖尿病患者实施门诊护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2014年3月―2015年4月于该院门诊进行治疗的300例患者作为研究对象，其均为高血压合并糖尿病患者。采取随机分组的方式将300例患者分为各150例研究对象的实验组与对照组，其中对照组组给予常规护理干预，实验组在常规护理的基础上给予门诊护理干预，记录两组患者舒张压、收缩压、口腹血糖值等数据，进行对比分析，并对两组患者的临床资料回顾分析。结果 实验组在舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白方面均显著小于对照组。结论 对高血压合并糖尿病患者实施门诊护理干预具有显著的临床效果，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 高血压合并糖尿病；门诊护理干预；效果 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（b）-0163-03 　　Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus 　　LI Jin-ping 　　Peoples Hospital of Liaoyuan Xian District Jilin Province， Liaoyuan，Jilin Province，136600 China 　　Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods from March 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 300 cases of patients as research object， the patients are hypertension and diabetes. Will 300 cases of patients were divided into the research object of 150 cases in each experimental group and control group. The control group give routine nursing intervention by randomization， experimental group on the basis of routine nursing care given outpatient nursing intervention， two groups of patients with diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure， diet blood sugar values and other data were recorded， were compared and analyzed， and the clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results in the experimental group， diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure， fasting blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly less than the control group.
