高血压患者肾动脉阻力指数与肾功能相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高血压患者肾动脉阻力指数与肾功能的相关性。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年7月我院收治的50例高血压患者作为研究对象，分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级高血压组，选择同期无高血压病史的50例作为对照组，两组都采用彩色多普勒超声仪器检测肾动脉阻力指数，同时检测尿素氮、尿β2微球蛋白、血清肌酐、肌酐清除率。 结果 Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级高血压患者肾动脉阻力指数明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；Ⅲ级高血压患者的尿素氮（8.17±3.01）mmol/L、尿β2微球蛋白（0.85±0.11）mg/L、血清肌酐（81.26±9.02）μmol/L以及肌酐清除率（74.76±9.03）ml/（min?1.73m2）与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），并且高血压患者肾动脉指数和尿素氮、尿β2微球蛋白、血清肌酐呈正相关，与肌酐清除率呈负相关。 结论 肾动脉阻力指数是评价高血压患者早期肾损伤的一个非常重要的指标。 　　[关键词] 高血压患者；肾动脉阻力指数；肾功能；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0038-03 　　Hypertensive patients with renal artery resistance index and renal function correlation analysis 　　CHENG Wang-sheng ZHANG Jing-wen 　　Department of Cardiology，the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the renal artery resistance index in patients with hypertension and renal function correlation.
